Auction

·      What is the reserved price?

The reserve price is the minimum price set by the seller, below which the seller has the right not to sell his item if he does not want to.

·      When and how will I know if I have reached the reserved price?

Normally the reserved price is hidden, but if the price is reached during the auction, it is indicated next to the item. The reserved price is also disclosed to the highest placed bidder at the end of the auction.

·      What is the difference between manual and automatic bidding?

An automatic bid is a bid made by the system after the user has entered the automatic bid data. An auto-bid provides:

- The ability to participate in the auction if you are unable to log in at a crucial time;

- Reduced risk of placing a higher-than-expected bid;

- An advantage if another bidder places an identical manual bid.

Manual bidding is a bid made manually by the user. Advantages of manual betting:

- The ability to participate and assess the situation in real time;

- Flexibility in terms of betting.

·      Can I see the product in person before placing a bet?

Yes. To view an item, you must register for a viewing (you will see the date of it next to each item). This can only be done by registered users by clicking on the "Register for viewing" button. Once we have received your registration, we will contact you with the exact time and location.

·      When and how will I know if I have won the auction?

At the end of the auction, we will contact the highest bidder.

·      What taxes contribute to the price of an item? Does VAT contribute?

Bids do not include the 2.3% auction tax and the 21% VAT tax (unless stated otherwise) which are calculated on the final price.

After the auction

·      Who takes care of transporting the goods? Do you provide this service?
